HOLE 6
The Sixth hole needs two strong uphill shots to reach the green. A gully to the right is entirely out of bounds, whereas a shot that strays to the left is likely to come down in the direction of the fairway. A fairway bunker set 200 yards from the championship tee will snare any ball that strays to the right of the fairway. A slight leftward draw on the second shot will open up more of the green. And lucky break . . . there are no surrounding bunkers. The pin is on the upper part of this saddle-shaped green.
